Due to hygiene purposes, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on washable bamboo breast pads, panties, shapewear brief and massagers.

For Lovemère postpartum tummy wrap binders, we are unable to accept exchanges/returns once the binder is unsealed from the box and packaging.

  2. Ship back via your preferred shipping partner with a tracking number added to the return system at https://returns.lovemere.com. Once we receive the products in order, we will ship back to you ($4)

    If there is no tracking number and we do not receive your products, the return cannot be processed.

We can either arrange a courier company to pick up your products and ship them back to you, or we can drop by your address to exchange them on the spot (depending on availability).

  • Write your RMA number on the printout.

Returns

  1. Ship back via your preferred shipping partner. Add the tracking number from the post office or courier to the our return system at https://returns.lovemere.com
    If there is no tracking number and we do not receive your item(s), the return cannot be processed.
  2. Request a pick-up ($4.50)
  3. Drop by the showroom located at Kaki Bukit. (No cost)
  • Products must be brand new, unwashed, and unstained.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Pack the products in a clean bag.
  • Include a print of the confirmation of purchase email.
  • Write your RMA number on the printout.

The refund will be made to your original payment mode.

There is a 10% restocking fee on product subtotal on cash refund (waived with Store Credit). Original shipping charge, if any, is non-refundable.

When an item is returned, we want to ensure that it is in pristine condition.

This involves additional costs such as inspecting the item, cleaning it thoroughly to a brand-new condition, repackaging it, and restocking it.

We take hygiene very seriously, and we want to make sure that every product that leaves our store is in the best possible condition.

To cover these costs, we have a restocking fee for cash refunds. However, if you prefer, we can also provide store credit instead of a cash refund, and in that case, the fee is waived.

You can use the credit to purchase any item from our store.

  • Products must be in their original form with tags and bags within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must not be worn, altered, or damaged, with no stains, odors, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume
  • Products showing signs of wear or use cannot be returned

Please do not ship back the product without authorization through the return process. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and with personal attention.

Yes, you can. To ensure the package reaches us successfully, you may take note of the following:

  • We highly recommend including a tracking number.
  • Ensure the shipping address is accurate.
  • Indicate your return address on the back of the package.
  • We check our mailbox every working day.
  • In case of misdelivery, SingPost may take up to 14 days to return the package to you.
  • We are unfortunately not responsible for misdelivery.
