Local and International Warranty

Your Lovemère Warming Lactation Massager comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults which shall be valid for periods from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover comestic deterioration caused by wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or negligence. Any attempts for unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification will void the warranty.

To help us better understand your issue, please reach out to our team at hello@lovemere.com and provide us your order number, as well as pictures or videos that will explain your problem to us. This also allow our team to quickly assess if it falls under the warranty.

All Lovemère Warming Lactation Massager sold are non-refundable once your order has been shipped out.

If your massagers fail to function, please contact us at hello@lovemere.com within 14 days upon date of purchase. If your return is approved, instructions will be given for a one-to-one replacement which we will cover the shipping costs.

Lovemère reserves the right to reject faulty items that is deem damaged by misuse, or due to incidental damages at our discretion.
