The baby bump looks cute while the baby is inside. Then the baby is born and you think you will go back to having your pre-pregnancy flat belly, but the tummy just won’t go in and in some cases it looks as if you still are pregnant! Sounds like you? Don’t worry. We have just the thing for you – home remedies to get your tummy in shape after delivery.
1. Boost your Hydration

Ample hydration is a must for nursing mums. Also, any weight loss regimen has to be aided by drinking enough water through the day. But lacing your water with the right things can work wonders when you are targeting the belly fat. Also, gulping down flavored water makes it easier for you to make sure you are having enough water. There are a lot of creams and lotions available over the counter that when massaged on the problem areas can help you lose fat from those areas. These lotions don’t come cheap, though. So, either you can invest in one of the lotions, or you can whip one up in your own kitchen. Here are a few tips:

Curry leaves contain mahanimbine, an alkaloid that is known for keeping fat accumulation and obesity at bay. These leaves also helps you detoxify your body and as an added bonus, helps you combat that post-delivery hair fall.
You can have curry leaves raw, or use them in cooking. You can even boil a few curry leaves in some water and drink the strained water with a dash of lemon and some honey
